HS1101（濕敏電容）:
。是基于獨特工藝設計的電容元件，專利的固態聚合物結構;
。高精度2%；極好的線性輸出；1--99%RH濕度量程；-40~100℃的溫度工作范圍；
。響應時間5秒；濕度輸出受溫度影響極小；
。防腐蝕性氣體；常溫使用無需溫度補償；無需校準；
。電容與濕度變化0.34pf/%RH;典型值180pf@55%RH;長期穩定性及可靠性，年漂移量0.5%RH/年

HTF3223（濕度模塊）:

用HS1101做的頻率輸出濕度模塊，適用于需要精確可靠檢測濕度的OEM用戶，有很小的易于安裝的接頭，可以非常節省成本的機械自動安裝。由于它是線性的頻率輸出濕度檢測模塊，因此可以直接與微處理器相接，HTF3223比HF3223多一個熱敏電阻在PCB板上用于溫度測量
。采用專利電容HS1101設計制造
。寬量程：10~95%RH，穩定，比例線性的頻率輸出
。精度±5%RH ，工作溫度范圍 -40~80℃
。可選的10KΩ+/-3% NTC 溫度傳感器（HTF3223）

HM1500（濕度變送器）：
。采用Humirel專利濕敏電容HS1101設計制造，帶防護棒式封裝
。5VDC恒壓供電，1-4VDC放大線性電壓輸出，便于用戶使用

。精度：±3%RH（10～95%RH范圍）
。防灰塵，可有效抵抗各種腐蝕性氣體物質
