據cnn網站報道，《財富》雜志當日評選出2010年度美國最佳雇主公司100強排行榜，商業智能軟件公司sas從上年度的第20名躍居第一。上年度排第四的谷歌依然排在第四位。其他上榜it公司還有高通、思科、微軟和英特爾等。

sas也是排行榜13年歷史中一直上榜的公司之一，該公司為職員提供了一大串福利，如每月410美元的高素質幼兒園、90%職員享有醫保、無限制病假、一個由4位醫師和10位專業護士組成的醫療中心（所有職員免費接受服務）、一個66000平方英尺的免費健身中心和游泳池、一個公共圖書館和一個兒童夏令營。

這種以職員與公司之間的信任為基礎的文化架構，是由sas公司34年歷史上唯一ceo和聯合創始人吉姆·古德耐特（jim goodnight）一手建立起來的。
