OB6663 is a monolithic IC which integrates a transition mode power factor correction (TM PFC) controller and a Quasi-Resonant (QR) controller. TM PFC provides low system cost solutions with low harmonic distortion and high power factor. QR provides higher efficiency and lower EMI compared to conventional PWM system. The built-in advanced energy saving with high level protections of OB6663 makes it a best candidate for power supplies which need PFC function.

光耦(opticalcoupler)亦稱光電隔離器、光耦合器或光電耦合器。它是以光為媒介來傳輸電信號的器件,通常把發光器(紅外線發光二極管LED)與受光器(光敏半導體管)封裝在同一管殼內。當輸入端加電信號時發光二極管發出光線,光敏三極管接受光線之后就產生光電流,從輸出端流出,從而實現了“電—光—電”轉換。典型應用電路如下圖1-1所示。

光耦的主要優點是:信號單向傳輸,輸入端與輸出端完全實現了前端與負載完全的電氣隔離,輸出信號對輸入端無影響,減小電路干擾,簡化電路設計,工作穩定,無觸點,使用壽命長,傳輸效率高。光耦合器是70年代發展起來的新型器件,現已廣泛用于電氣絕緣、電平轉換、級間耦合、驅動電路、開關電路、斬波器、多諧振蕩器、信號隔離、級間隔離、脈沖放大電路、數字儀表、遠距離信號傳輸、脈沖放大、固態繼電器(SSR)、儀器儀表、通信設備及微機接口中。在單片開關電源中,利用線性光耦合器可構成光耦反饋電路,通過調節控制端電流來改變占空比,達到精密穩壓目的。
