2. 硬件原理圖設計
ESP32 系列芯片的核心電路只需要 20 個左右的電阻電容電感、1 個無源晶振及 1 個 SPI flash 組成。為了能夠更好地保證 ESP32 系列芯片的工作性能,本章將詳細介紹 ESP32 系列芯片的原理圖設計。ESP32 系列芯片的核心電路圖如圖 1 所示

模擬電源
ESP32 系列芯片的 pin1 VDDA、pin3 VDD3P3、pin4 VDD3P3、pin43 VDDA 及 pin46 VDDA 為模擬電源管腳,工作電壓范圍為 2.3 V ~ 3.6 V 。該部分電源需要注意的是當 ESP32 系列芯片工作在 TX 時,瞬間電流會加大,往往引起電源的軌道塌陷。所以在電路設計時建議在電源走線上增加一個 10 µF 電容,該電容可與 0.1 µF 電容搭配使用。另外,在靠近兩個VDD3P3 管腳處還需添加 LC 濾波電路,用于抑制高頻諧波,同時請注意該電感的額定電流最好在 500 mA 及以上。其余電源管腳請參考圖 6 放置相應的去耦電容。
RTC 電源
ESP32 系列芯片的 pin19 VDD3P3_RTC 為 RTC 和模擬電源管腳,建議在電路中靠近該電源管腳處添加 0.1 µF去耦電容。因為該電源不僅僅是 RTC 電源,因此不可以作為備用電源單獨供電。
觸摸傳感器方案:
ESP32-Sense KitESP32-Sense Kit 開發套件用于評估和開發 ESP32 觸摸傳感器功能。評估套件包含一個主板和若干子板,主板包含顯示單元,主控單元,調試單元;子板的觸摸電極的形狀和排列方式多樣,包括線性滑條、矩陣按鍵、彈簧按鍵、輪式滑條等,可以滿足不同的使用場景。用戶也可以自行設計子板以滿足特殊的使用場景。ESP32-Sense Kit 開發套件如圖所示:
